Cancelling or Deleting a Sales Order

There's a significant difference between cancelling and deleting a sales order. A cancelled order remains available in Stoqflow, while a deleted order is also effectively removed and therefore never visible again.

Cancelling

Cancelling an order proceeds via a status change. Cancelling an order in Stoqflow can also cancel the order in the connected webshop (dependent on the connected platform). It's also possible to cancel a sales order from the connected e-commerce platform (varies by platform), regardless of the current status of the sales order.

Deleting

Deleting an order can be done in bulk via the order overview list or per order via the details page of an order. By deleting an order in Stoqflow, you will not delete the order from the connected webshop.
