Administration - Costs

Stoqflow keeps track of all information regarding customers, suppliers, warehouses, and products. The information is accurately displayed on the reports page. In the navigation bar of Stoqflow, click on 'reports' to view all available reports.

When you click on 'costs', you will get an overview of the used warehouse locations, tools consumption, shipping costs, and order statistics.

To make the report, determine the month and company or shop whose costs you want to see. Then, you will get an overview of all costs. Here is a summary:

Costs

Warehouse Consumption

Warehouse consumption shows how many stock locations are being taken from the warehouse. This statistic is displayed per number of pallets, shelves, and storage places per week.

Tools Consumption

Tools consumption shows how many tools have been consumed in a given period. The tools such as boxes, filling materials, and labor are entered on the dashboard or during processing of a purchase order/sales order.

Shipments per Shipping Method

Shipments per shipping method shows how many times each shipping method has been used in the selected period. This provides an overview of the costs per courier and per shipping method of a certain courier.

Order Statistics

Order statistics show how many purchase orders and sales orders have been processed in a given period. This includes an breakdown between package orders and pallet orders. You will also get information regarding the number of processed SKU's and order lines.
