Connecting Webshops

A connection between a webshop and Stoqflow starts with one-way traffic: sending orders to be processed to Stoqflow.

We are gradually expanding our connections. Currently, there is two-way traffic for WooCommerce, Shopify, Bol.com, and Magento 2. This means that not only are the orders to be processed sent to Stoqflow, but also stock synchronizations occur from Stoqflow, order statuses are updated, and if possible, track & trace numbers are passed along. New products created in Stoqflow can also be published immediately on the connected webshop platforms if desired.

Below is an overview of the connections, including synchronization direction:

  • WooCommerce: two-way
  • Magento 2: two-way
  • Bol.com: two-way
  • Lightspeed: one-way
  • Shopify: two-way

Automatic Synchronization

On platforms where no webhooks can be set up, a periodic synchronization will take place to fetch orders. On platforms where webhooks have been set up, this synchronization will also occur and serve as a backup to check if any orders were missed through the real-time webhook connection.

Below is the synchronization schedule per platform:

  • Magento: Every hour + (0 & 30) minutes
  • Shopify: Every hour + (10 & 40) minutes
  • WooCommerce: Every hour + (15 & 45) minutes
  • Lightspeed: Every hour + 20 minutes
  • Bol.com: Every hour + (7, 17, 27, 37, 47 & 57) minutes
  • Remote CSV Import: Every hour + (25 & 55) minutes

Can I connect multiple webshops?

Of course! You can connect an infinite number of webshops. Stoqflow supports various leading webshops such as WooCommerce, Magento 2, Lightspeed, and Shopify. Additionally, we can also provide custom work by providing a connection via our API.

You can also connect multiple marketplaces, such as Bol.com, to your Stoqflow account.
