User settings
In the user settings, you can specify preferences for your account.
- Language selection (Stoqflow currently supports Dutch, English, French, and German)
- Start page (which page will be displayed upon login and when clicking on the logo in the left navigation)
- Items per overview list (how many items will be displayed in an overview list)
- Guide Option to reset the guide so it is shown again
Notifications
Stoqflow allows you to receive notifications for certain important events?
Certain notifications can be displayed via the notification system of your computer or phone. However, access must first be granted by checking 'show notifications on my desktop'. You will receive a notification that Stoqflow requests permission to display notifications. This can also be done later via the settings of your browser.
The following events can be shown as notifications:
- New orders
- Purchase order delivered
- Purchase order unpacked
- Daily backorder overview
- Daily new orders overview
- Daily low stock overview
- Daily overview of expiring inventory
Barcode scanner sounds
When using a scanner, we recommend enabling the audio feedback that Stoqflow plays when scanning. This way, you'll know if the scan was successful or not without having to constantly look at the screen.
